Return Policy
- We will accept returns on purchases from american-brands.com in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with garment tags still attached within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. For shipping security, we recommend using a carrier service that provides a tracking number.
- American Brands reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy.
- Once we have received your return, please allow us 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. Once the return is approved, you will receive your refund in 5-7 business days. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent.
- To assure merchandise and processing orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process your return.
- To initiate the return, please send an email to contact@american-brands.com that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation including a RAN (Return Authorization Number) with our return shipping address and further instructions.
